i CANNOT get rid of this huge lower stomach.?
ok so i went on vacation 4 a week and 8 nothing but hamburgers,hotdogs,cheesy fries,pasta, icecream,cookies,an chips at the boardwalk. (and those portions are huge and i ate everything) i kept track of my calories and everything every da yand the lowest amount of calories i 8 for 1 day was 2,345! dont even ask about salt, sugar, carbs or fat! yesterday was my b-day and thats when i ate the most calories….im not gonna even say. DAMN!!!!!!! 4 breakfast i ate and egg, cheese, and bacon omlet. lunch i had a foot long hotdog with everything on it. dinner i had 6 pieces of a supreme pizza. then finally blew out my Candles and had a supreme cookie cake-it had fudge spread, whipped cream, m&ms, bits of different candy bars with a bowl of chocolate brownie icecream. i pretty much ate like that every day. i have a HUGE lower stomach now. i gained alot of weight but it all went to my lower stomach…its HUGE! exercises barely work. are there any REALLY good exercises or other ideas 2 lose it?
To put it in simplest terms, you will work your abs and oblique muscles anytime you do one of two things:
flex your spine bringing your torso towards your hips, or
flex your spine bringing your hips towards your torso
It really is as simple as that. A common misconception is that it is necessary to work the oblique muscles separately. Due to the fact that they are involved in all of the movements that work the main abdominal muscle your time would be better spent doing extra cardio exercise to help burn existing fat stores. Remember that doing additional resistance exercise targeting an area in an effort to burn off fat stores is called spot reducing. Science has proved long ago that it is not possible to spot reduce. Fat loss will come from everywhere-not just one specific, targeted area.
Work your abdominal muscles with a variety of exercises, reps and weight to ensure that you are doing everything necessary (from a training standpoint) to achieve a tight midsection. Crunches (legs straight in air) 25 reps
Crunches (legs in air, knees bent at 90 degrees) 25 reps
Stationary Crunch with Bicycle Kicks 25 reps
Crunches (knees bent, feet flat on floor) 25 reps
If one lap through this circuit is not enough, then go through the entire routine one or two more times. Train your abs as often as 4-5 times each week but, just like any other muscle, not if they are still sore from the previous workout. Finally, remember that proper nutrition is probably more important than the actual free lower ab workout – we all have a six-pack already, we just can’t see it yet! Consistent training and dedication to your diet will change all that.
