What Are the Most Aggravating Commercials?
Ahhh! I’m so sick of those Qwest commercials (cable). You know where the cheesy families yell “c’mon, what are you waiting for. get in the loop!. I also hated the Qwest holiday commercials where dad waits in line at the mall to see “Santa” (the Qwest guy).
Next: cleaning products where you have a happy soccer mom cleaning her house with sprays. Then those Glade Candle commercials where she always lies about where she gets the Candles (in france).
I especially hate all the depression medication commercials. The Cymbalta one is the most irritating. The narrator repeats over and over again over sad music: “Depression hurts” Watching that commercial makes me medically depressed.
LOL about the Cymbalta ads. I’ve heard that one, too, and wondered how many people go “Wow… I was thinking I was happy. But now I want to kill myself. My life SUCKS!!!!!”

Any of the pregnancy test commercials where the women are SO happy and there’s always a husband there dancing around with her. How many people taking pregnancy tests are REALLY happy about it?
The Pedicure – because I fell for it and bought it and realized what a piece of crap it is. Everytime I see how calm and happy the animals are using it I want to throw something at my TV because I’m reminded of the nearly $30 in shipping it here and back I ate.
Viva Viagra. And how it’s never that guys can’t get it up it’s “EDS”. Like it’s somehow not so bad if you can make it an acronym. “No, honey, it’s not that I’m a lousy lover – it’s just EDS! I’ll be ready PDQ!”
The Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints ads – especially the one that says in a nice way “If you have a friend that is in the fastlane to hell call us now for the conversion to Christianity kit!”
